Most repairs are booked in a two-hour arrival window. Same-day visits when you call before noon on a weekday.
Estimates are free for jobs over $1,000. For smaller repairs there is a $95 service call, waived when we do the repair.
Saturdays 8am to 4pm, and emergencies any day, any time.
Yes. Our work is done or supervised by a New York City licensed master plumber, and we are fully insured. We file permits when a job needs them.
Yes. We handle tenant calls, boiler service and building repairs, and send the invoice to the owner or manager.
